What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. Pickup time shifts to actual arrival within normal-delay windows at no extra cost. Extended waits or significant overnight rebookings are quoted as needed.
Can the driver make a stop for dinner or to drop a guest at a hotel?
Yes — quoted as a multi-stop. We'll add the stop into the route and the flat-rate quote.
Is the airport surcharge included?
Yes. Unlike national-brand counter rentals, our quoted rate is all-in — no airport surcharge added separately. Tolls are included or estimated up front.
