Corporate Shuttle FAQs

Do you handle vendor onboarding?

Yes. Most procurement teams request a COI, W-9, and EIN. We send all three the same business day a corporate account is set up.

Can we set up a recurring contract for off-sites?

Yes — quarterly off-sites are a common pattern. We lock pricing and your preferred driver(s) across the contract period. Cancellations within agreed terms are free.

What if our visiting executive's flight is delayed?

Drivers monitor flight status. We do not bill no-show on flight delays as long as we have current arrival info. Standard wait time is included; extended waits are billed at the disclosed hourly rate.

Will you accommodate confidentiality / NDA requirements?

Yes. We will sign reasonable NDAs and brief our driver appropriately for executive client work. We have served Stamford-area corporates with sensitive deal-team and PR transport needs.
